By purchasing, creating an account, or otherwise using Body Prison, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Who operates Body Prison: Body Prison is operated by Gal Patrik Stirn s.p. (trading as Body Prison), Detelova 10, 4000 Kranj, Slovenia ("Body Prison", "we", "us").
Body Prison is a private digital community and product platform at www.bodyprison.com, providing community channels, digital content and educational resources related to body transformation and personal development.
Access requires a valid access code obtained by purchasing the Body Prison book or other authorised means. We may revoke access for breach of these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the platform, and able to form a binding contract. To register you must provide an accurate email and name, create a password (minimum 8 characters), and hold a valid access code.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share your access code or account; each code is for a single user. Impersonation and fake accounts are prohibited.
Zero tolerance: Illegal content, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), hate speech, credible threats of violence, and doxxing result in immediate, permanent termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
Prohibited content includes, without limitation:
Community standards: stay on topic, treat members with respect, do not share access codes or circumvent the access system, and do not hack, scrape or interfere with the platform. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts at our reasonable discretion to protect the community.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and distribute that content to other members for the purpose of operating the community. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account (save for copies in routine backups pending deletion).
You represent that you own or have the right to share your content, that it infringes no third-party rights, and that it contains no illegal material.
Use the report button on any message to flag content. We aim to review reports within 48 hours but do not guarantee a timeframe. Malicious or false reports may result in action against the reporter. Urgent issues: bodyprison.book@gmail.com.
Prices are shown at checkout in the stated currency and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed by Stripe. Access codes grant entry to the platform, are for single-user use only, and may not be resold, transferred or shared. We may deactivate codes that are shared, sold or misused. Digital products are licensed for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed or resold.
All sales of digital products are final. No refunds are given once the product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed — including for change of mind. Body Prison delivers your book/digital content and access code immediately after purchase, so the sale completes as soon as access begins.
EU/UK consumers: You normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal, but for digital content this right is lost once supply begins with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose it (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU; UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). At checkout you give that consent, so the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once delivery has begun.
This "no refund" policy covers change-of-mind requests only and does not remove your mandatory statutory rights. If the digital content is faulty, materially not as described, or you genuinely cannot access it due to our error, you remain entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer law — contact bodyprison.book@gmail.com and we will put it right.
Our rights. All Body Prison content — the book, training materials, design, branding, text, graphics and platform code — is the intellectual property of Gal Patrik Stirn s.p. or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trade-mark law. The Body Prison name, logo and brand are protected.
Piracy of our content is illegal. Reproducing, sharing, uploading, reselling, torrenting, or otherwise distributing the Body Prison book or any paid content — in whole or in part — without our written permission is copyright infringement. It results in immediate account and access-code termination, and we may pursue all available legal remedies, including damages and costs.
Respect others' rights. Do not post content on the platform that you do not own or have permission to share. You are solely responsible for content you upload.
Notice & takedown (DMCA / EU). If you believe content on Body Prison infringes your copyright or other IP rights, email bodyprison.book@gmail.com with the subject "IP Complaint" and include:
We will review valid notices and remove or disable infringing content within a reasonable time. We operate a repeat-infringer policy: accounts that repeatedly infringe will be terminated. If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address and we will consider it in line with applicable law.
Important: Content on Body Prison is for educational and motivational purposes only and is not medical, nutritional or fitness advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or diet programme. You participate at your own risk.
We are not responsible for any injury or adverse outcome resulting from applying information shared on the platform, to the extent permitted by law.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend or discontinue features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data or profit, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including, for consumers, mandatory statutory rights and liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or to protect the community or platform. You may delete your account at any time via the self-service button in The Hub or by emailing us; on deletion your data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy. Access codes on deleted accounts are not reactivated.
We may update these Terms. We will notify members of significant changes via the platform and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, and the courts of Slovenia have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, nothing here deprives you of the mandatory protections and rights of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your home courts. Please raise any dispute with us first at bodyprison.book@gmail.com. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
