TERMS OF SERVICE

1. What We Sell

Body Prison is a digital book sold at www.bodyprison.com by the seller named above. When you buy it, you receive a download link by email for the Body Prison eBook and anything bundled with it at the time of purchase.

That is the whole product. There is no subscription, no membership and nothing further to join. We may improve or re-issue the book; buyers keep the edition they bought and any updates to it that we make available.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract. You do not need to create an account to buy or read the book. You only need a working email address to receive it.

3. Purchases, Pricing & Delivery

Prices are shown at checkout in the stated currency and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery is by email immediately after payment, as a secure download link. The link is time-limited for security, but the file you download is yours to keep. If the email has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then email us and we will send it again.

The book is licensed to you for your own personal use. It may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded or shared.

4. Refunds — Digital Products Are Final

This no-refund policy covers change-of-mind requests only and does not remove your mandatory statutory rights. If the book is faulty, materially not as described, or you genuinely cannot download it because of an error on our side, you remain entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer law. Contact bodyprison.book@gmail.com and we will put it right.

5. Acceptable Use of This Website

You may read the site and buy the book. You may not hack, scrape, overload, probe or interfere with the site or the systems behind it, attempt to obtain the book without paying for it, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may block access where we reasonably believe this is happening.

6. Intellectual Property & Piracy

Our rights. All Body Prison content — the book, its text and images, the design, branding, graphics and the code of this website — is the intellectual property of Gal Patrik Stirn s.p. or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trade-mark law. The Body Prison name, logo and brand are protected.

Notice & takedown. If you believe anything we publish infringes your copyright or other rights, email bodyprison.book@gmail.com with the subject “IP Complaint” and include: identification of the work or right concerned; the exact location of the material complained of; your name, address and contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised; a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights-holder or authorised to act for them; and your signature. We will review valid notices and act within a reasonable time.

7. Third-Party Services

Selling and delivering the book involves a small number of providers acting on our behalf: Stripe (payment), Supabase (order records and the download link), Resend (the delivery email) and Vercel (hosting). How they handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Body Prison sets out challenges and a way of thinking. What you get out of it depends entirely on what you put into it. We make no promise of any specific physical, mental, financial or personal result, and nothing on this site should be read as such a promise.

9. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any injury or adverse outcome resulting from applying anything in the book, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Disclaimers & Availability

This website is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of it. That does not affect a book you have already bought.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data or profit, arising from your use of (or inability to use) this website or the book. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including, for consumers, mandatory statutory rights and liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

12. Your Data & Deletion

We keep only what is needed to sell and deliver the book and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. You may ask us at any time to delete the personal data we are not legally required to retain, by emailing bodyprison.book@gmail.com. What we hold, why, and for how long is set out in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will update the date above when we do. The Terms that apply to your purchase are the ones in force on the day you bought.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, and the courts of Slovenia have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, nothing here deprives you of the mandatory protections and rights of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your home courts. Please raise any dispute with us first at bodyprison.book@gmail.com. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

15. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
